Ananda Savitri Kaur travels to your location for all private sessions.

As a kundalini yoga and meditation practitioner for over five years, Ananda holds a wealth of experience alchemizing physical, mental, and spiritual problems into opportunities of pure gold.

Weekly private sessions come in 12 week packages: start at a minimum of 40 minutes once a week, or as much as 2.5 hours 6 days a week.

Or maybe you'd prefer an immersive personal retreat!

Private sessions are offered as traditional class structure, meditation, or gong sound healing.

Private sessions can also include sadhana (everyday practice) exploration and spiritual coaching. I would develop a program specifically for your goals, and we work the curriculum until you find the practices you prefer to focus on intensely.
